Join Us for a End-of-Year
Ananda Sanga Yoga Retreat
11-13 December 2026: Stellenbosch: Mont Fleur
Return to Stillness and Reconnect

The Retreat Venue
Set in the beautiful Blaauwklippen Valley on the outskirts of Stellenbosch, Mont Fleur Conference Centre is nestled among the Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountains, surrounded by fynbos and vineyards.
Surrounded by mountains, trees and open skies, the setting naturally invites stillness. There is space to breathe, space to walk, space to listen, and, perhaps most importantly, space to turn inward.
This makes Mont Fleur a particularly special setting for a yoga and meditation retreat. Yoga is not only about what happens on the mat, and meditation is not only about sitting quietly. Both invite us to slow down, become more present, and reconnect with ourselves. A peaceful natural environment can support that process in a way that a busy everyday setting simply cannot.
At Mont Fleur, the mountains become part of the retreat. The quiet between sessions, the walks outdoors, the changing light, the fresh air and the sense of being surrounded by nature all become part of the practice.
Here, fresh country air, wide open spaces, and the quiet rhythm of nature create a deeply restorative atmosphere. The landscape itself encourages you to slow down, breathe deeply, and become present in the moment.
During your yoga and meditation retreat at Mont Fleur, this peaceful sanctuary becomes a space for inner renewal and transformation. Through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and quiet reflection, you will have the opportunity to restore balance, nurture your wellbeing, and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself.
For a few days, there is nowhere else you need to be. Just the mountains, the yoga and meditation, the stillness, and the opportunity to come back to yourself.

This personal retreat is designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and prepare for the new year with intention and clarity.
