of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga

Meditations will set the tone for the daily festival activities and the
satsang will connect you with the other festival people. You will have
a change to practise your own meditation, whether it is under a tree, at the waterfall
or on top of a mountain. | Yoga Sanga Conversations
is the festival's unique lecture series on subjects pertaining to yoga
& mindful living. A wide range of presenters will offer inspiring and insightful
topics. These presenters include prominent yoga teachers, wellness industry leaders,
authors, musicians, and more. The Yoga Sanga Conversations is a
relaxed experience where presenters can "discuss & engage with ease".
These are not stuffy lectures, but rather intimate conversations/talks that take
place in a cosy room where you can get up close and personal with some of the
most engaging personalities in South Africa. More

We
bring together a careful selection of locally prominent Presenters and Teachers,
giving you the chance to learn with a high concentration of gifted experts that
is normally not available. These activities & experiences will also help you
to re-connect with nature and your self. Some
of the workshop topics include:- mala making, music & yoga, creating your
own urban garden, yoga for old tannies & toppies, guided plant & nature

festival will be lined and padded out with the bliss of Music. Saturday
evening is live world music, unplugged style, by well-known musicians like Steve
Newman and some new talent. Sunday evening will be classical Indian
music and kirtan. Monday afternoon, Desert Rose will be part
of the closing ceremony! Throughout the festival, specially produced yoga
ambient music, produced by Johann Kotze, will be played to keep your mind
