purchasing tickets and participating in the Yoga Sanga Conference & Festival,
you agree to and adhere to the following:
Waiver
of Liability
There might be risks associated with any physical activity,
including the practice of yoga. By participating in any classes, workshops or
other activities at the Yoga Sanga Festival, you represent that you are
in reasonable physical condition and have no medical condition which would prevent
your participation in such activities. You acknowledge and assume all risk of
injuries or damages from such activities, whether known or unknown; and you knowingly
and voluntarily waive all claims against Yoga Sanga Festival, Zebra
Moon and any of the participating Yoga Centers, Studios, as well as their
employees, volunteers, instructors, and agents, for any injuries or damages that
you may sustain as a result of participating in such activities. Refund
& Exchange Policy
All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.
The Festival will take place irrespective of the weather. Acts and schedules
are subject to change without notice. Photo
and Video Release
By participating in Yoga Sanga Festival, you
consent to having your photo and/or video taken and agree to allow Yoga Sanga
Festival to use the same for promotional purposes. Audio or visual recordings
of the Yoga Sanga Festival are prohibited. Still cameras (not professional)
are permitted, but images may only be used for private purposes and not public

Terms
& Conditions Changes
Yoga Sanga Festival also reserves the
right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If
we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes
