Workshop: Svadhyaya: Discovery of the Self

Swami Vidyananda will share the methods of svadhyaya as a means to self-knowledge. Svadhyaya usually refers to study as well as japa. Most seekers read books and join courses as part of their journey of self-discovery. Usually this knowledge remains intellectual, and seekers find that their daily lives do not reflect that knowledge.

Vedanta gives the method in order for that knowledge to become a living reality in our lives. We shall explore this method. The second method of self-discovery is japa (mantra repetition). We shall explore how japa leads to self-discovery. This will be a 2-hour workshop.

Duration: 2 hours
Cost: R100
